• Place your cooked meat item on the ounce scale, and notify an official Meat Destroyer judge to mark down your score on the scoreboard. It’s up to you if you wish to weigh with buns or without. Condiments and toppings are fine too… they may fill you up though, so be careful!
• Side dishes don’t count.
• If you upchuck, you’re knocked out of the competition. (case in point: the 2010 Meat Destroyer)

At the end of the day, the person with the highest amount of meat eaten is crowned the Meat Destroyer champion. The winner will take home a custom Meat Destroyer mug, some cool prizes (like a 2 night stay for 2 in Las Vegas!) and have their name engraved on the Meat Destroyer trophy for eternity.
